CompTIA A+ Network+ Security+ Certification:
$850/day
plus students are given free access to a website full of notes and practice
questions.
Introductory PC Hardware or
non-Certification training.
$600/day
plus students are given free access to a website full of notes.
Onsite
rate (client location) - $850/day. There is a $50 discount after the 15th
taught class ($800/day) and then another $50 discount after the 30th taught
day ($750/day). Onsite rates are higher due to uncertainty of the setup and
training conditions.
Setup
and tear downs - $25 per hour and .50 cents/km mileage if transporting the
equipment is required. (If the booking is more than a week long in one
location, the setup fees are waived.)
Per
Diem is $75/day plus hotel (and .50 cents/km if applicable). If receipts are
needed in lieu of the blanket PD, then a 10% admin fee charged on top for
scanning and listing items.
No
Shows or Cancellations - Classes cancelled one hour after start time is
subject 1/2 day fee or if cancelled within two business days it would 1/2
the rate and no penalty if done within two weeks. Will exchange for another
confirmed class not originally booked.
One-on-One
Microsoft training/support via remote Windows Assistance is $50/hr per hour.
Mileage
to and from location is based on .50 cents per Kilometer from our office.
Airfare is to be prepaid by requesting company and hotels are to be
reimbursed.
In
Shop (minimum): $50.00/hr or $75/hr on-site.
Spyware
removal - $50 in-shop. Does not include backups or reinstalls, which is an
extra fee of $99 each.
On-site:
$100.00 first hour, afterwards $50.00/hr plus back up fee of $100 if needed.
Telephone
Support hourly: $60.00 or a $1 per minute - minimal charge $5.
Queue
Jumping fee: $100.00 on top of final figure.
